HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
You can update your personal information by logging into your account. There you will be able to manage your email and log in information, update your addresses and manage your cards.  The log in area is found on the right hand side of any page within
this website.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR NEWSLETTER?
To subscribe to our newsletter please complete our Email Sign Up form located on the right hand side
of any page within this website.  By signing up you will receive promotional emails from us and your details will not be passed on to anyone else.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY QUESTIONS

I ORDERED ONLINE AT

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY?
We will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. We just require that the items you return are unused and remain the same condition as when you received them. If we find the products are returned with wear and tear, crash damage or any signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and you will have to pay an additional shipping charge to receive the goods back. 

What you need to do

Once your return is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund or exchange will be processed. If we are refunding we can only process the funds back to the original payment method used and this can take up to 14 days to appear.

In the unlikely event that you are returning a faulty item then we will arrange collection of the goods at a time and place to suit you using our courier.

I HAVE RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS, WHAT DO I DO?
In the unlikely event you happen to receive faulty or damaged goods please contact us on 0844 414 5412 (+44 203 603 0125 outside UK) or email us at 
info@LighTechUK.com quoting your name and order number and we will be happy to help resolve this.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE?

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?
We do not currently offer a repair service as most of our products are manufactured overseas making it not cost effective to do this.

If you are having trouble fitting any of the kit you purchased from us, please call the office on 0844 414 5412 (+44 203 603 0125 outside UK) and we will be happy to offer fitting advice over the phone.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES 
LIGHTECHUK.COM ACCEPT?
We accept American Express, Visa Credit and Debit Card, Mastercard, Google Checkout and Paypal Express.
When using your credit or debit card, please ensure you provide the address to which the card is registered as the billing address, and a contact phone number so we can contact you if we have a query.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your item has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you know when to expect your order.   

WILL I BE NOTIFIED IF THE ITEMS I ORDERED BECOME OUT OF STOCK?
Sometimes during the packing process, items may unfortunately be found to be out of stock. In these situations, we will contact you by email to let you know how long it will take.

WILL MY PERSONAL DETAILS BE PROTECTED WHEN I PURCHASE FROM 
LIGHTECHUK.COM ?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your account so please make sure you log out of your account when finished, especially when using a shared computer.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN MY PARCEL IS DELIVERED?
If for some reason you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with information about the next delivery attempt. There will also be instructions to re-arrange the delivery for a time that suits you.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT?
If you receive your order and the products have been damaged in transit, please email photographs of the damaged goods and the damaged packaging and we will be happy to assist you in replacing the item/s.
